Ty The Real Estate Guy has spent his entire life around the New River Valley, having been born and raised in Blacksburg, Virginia. After attending Blacksburg High School, he continued his education at West Virginia University, where he played on the men’s golf team during his Freshman year. At the start of his Sophomore year, he transferred back home to Radford University, where he also became a member of the men’s golf team. He went on to receive his Bachelor's Degree in Communications. Ty takes great pride in communicating with his clients, recognizing that effective communication is not only crucial for business but also for building relationships that extend far beyond mere transactions.
